Game Film is an AI-powered football film analysis application. Our service allows athletes to upload game footage and receive detailed performance reports, including scores, coaching recommendations, NFL player comparisons, and personalized training drills.

Account Creation and Responsibilities

To use Game Film, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Subscription Terms

Game Film offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly - $9.99/month
• Yearly - $59.99/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.

User Content

You retain ownership of all videos you upload to Game Film. By uploading content, you grant Game Film a limited license to process, analyze, and store your videos solely for the purpose of providing our analysis services. We will not share your videos with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Upload footage of other people without their permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with others

Game Film's AI analysis is provided for training and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional coaching advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of our analysis or your improvement in athletic performance. Always consult with qualified coaches and medical professionals regarding your training regimen.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Film shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
